This Privacy Policy explains how ENON Solutions d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our OmniTasker web platform and mobile application ("Service"). It also describes your rights and how you can exercise them.
Identification data : name, surname, user account.
Contact data : e-mail address, phone number.
Web platform usage data : IP address, browser type, operating system version.
Mobile app usage data : device type, operating system version, network identifiers.
Communication data : information you voluntarily provide through support or contact forms.
To provide and maintain the Service (web and mobile).
To manage user accounts.
To synchronize tasks and data across devices.
To improve functionality, security, and user experience.
To analyze usage and develop new features.
To comply with legal obligations and protect the Company's legitimate interests.
With service providers (hosting, analytics, IT support) that process data on our behalf.

We do not use cookies in the web platform or mobile application. Instead, we use local storage (and, where applicable, similar device-based storage technologies) for the following purposes:
Storing user preferences and settings,
Ensuring session continuity and core functionality,
Providing faster access and synchronization of data.
Data in local storage remains until deleted by the user or the application. Browser settings may affect how local storage is handled.
Data may be transferred to other countries with adequate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or recognized data protection mechanisms. We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure protection during transfers.
User accounts and content linked to the account - until the account is deleted or as required by applicable laws.
Data required for legal compliance (e.g., accounting) - according to statutory retention periods.
Local storage data - until deleted by the user or the application.
Under GDPR and applicable local laws, you have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, transfer your data to another controller, and withdraw consent at any time. You may submit requests via e-mail or post (see Contact section).
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data. However, no system is 100% secure.
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by law). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided data, they may contact us to request deletion.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via e-mail and/or within the web platform or mobile app. The date of the latest update is indicated at the top of this page, and changes are effective upon publication.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Send your request to the e-mail listed below. To protect against fraudulent requests, contact us from the email linked to your account or be ready to verify your identity. We may retain certain information where required by law (e.g., for compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).
